All wedding festivities and lodging for all guests will be held at IslandWood. You can register and pay for your lodging at this link. Please read details on how IslandWood lodging works below prior to booking so you can make the right reservation.

How to book:

IslandWood has various room sizes. There are a combination of single occupancy, double occupancy and bunk rooms that can accommodate up to 6 guests. You will be assigned a specific room upon arrival but need to book for your desired headcount in advance. If you book a room for 4+ people, please note that you are likely to be in a room with a bunk bed setup. If friends or family members want to room together, please discuss amongst yourselves ahead of time and follow the below instructions accordingly.

Single/Double Occupancy: If you plan to room alone or with just one other guest, book the "Wedding Stay for One Room" ticket. See screenshot below for what to select before checking out.

3 - 6 people occupancy: If you plan to have 3 or more people in your room, book the "Wedding Stay for One Room" ticket plus and "Add on" ticket for every additional person beyond the two included guests. See screenshot below for example of what to book if you have 3 adults rooming together.

Please note: Children ages 3-12 have a slightly lower add-on rate. Children under the age of 3 are free. See screenshot below for an example of what to book if you have 2 adults and one child 3-12 years old in one room.

Nightly rates include a continental breakfast. Saturday lunch and Sunday brunch will be provided free of charge for all guests that stay onsite at IslandWood; Friday and Saturday dinner will be provided for all guests regardless if they stay at IslandWood. Beds are made based on the confirmed occupancy per room. Daily guest room/housekeeper service is not provided. No sales or hotel tax is applied to guest room lodging. The booking link requires paying through PayPal. If you don't have an account, you can check out as a guest to make one when booking a room.
