We anticipate the average individual cost will land between $500-1,000 for the weekend. We will be providing food and beverage for the weekend once you check-in at IslandWood.

Guests will be responsible for: Their own transportation, IslandWood lodging costs, and any additional travel expenses you choose to incur. The total will depend on whether or not you need to book a flight, how early you do so, and what room size/occupant total you opt into at IslandWood.

We highly recommend you book your IslandWood room and flights by March 31st when you RSVP. After that, make sure to have a game plan for transportation from Seattle to IslandWood.

There are ways to mitigate cost like: booking flights early, sharing a larger IslandWood room with more than 2 occupants, coordinating driving transportation with other guests to split cost, etc. We've done a lot of research ahead of time to help alleviate some of the upfront number crunching and we plan to give you an incredible unforgettable weekend. That being said, we completely understand if this isn't within everyone's budget.
